SWEEP ROWING PROGRAMS
The Learn to Row introductory classes offer participants an orientation to sweep rowing equipment, demonstration of basic rowing stroke, boat handling and safety. The goal of the introductory program is to develop a solid foundation in preparation for the Novice Sweep Program. After participants complete the Learn to Row program they are encouraged to join ORC, where they can further their training and rowing technique development.
