SWEEP ROWING PROGRAMS
The Introduction to Rowing and Learn to Row introductory classes offer participants an orientation to sweep rowing equipment, demonstration of basic rowing stroke, boat handling and safety. The goal of the introductory program is to develop a solid foundation in preparation for the Novice Sweep Program. After participants complete the Introduction to Rowing program they should continue with the Learn to Row class.
