Sweep Rowing Programs

The RECREATIONAL Sweep Program provides athletes from the Learn to Sweep Row program with the opportunity to continue to develop their rowing skills before joining the Competitive Rowing programs.  Crews may row in any combination of eights and fours.  The program’s primary focus is on technique development and having fun out on the water.  This program rows Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 7 a.m. (Coaching Fees apply) Contact Us

The REGIONAL COMPETETIVE Sweep Program desires a higher level of fitness and works toward being able to medal at focus regattas, including the Head of the Hooch and USRowing Southeast Regionals.  Acceptance into this program is possible for first-year rowers, depending on rower skill level.  This program rows on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 4:45 am to 6:00 am and on Sundays from 6:45 am to 8:30 am.  Also available just started, Tuesday and Thursday 630PM-8:30PM(Coaching Fees apply) Contact Us

The NATIONAL COMPETETIVE Sweep Program is able to commit to four days a week of training, with the expectation of medaling or meeting specified times in national-level regattas such as the Head of the Charles and Masters Nationals.   (Coaching Fees subject to change during peak practice months.)  Contact Us

Sculling Programs

Ad hoc groups of scullers of various experience meet to row together throughout the week and on weekends. Contact Us
