Are you new to rowing?

If you’ve never rowed before or if you have past experience but think you’d benefit from a ground-up refresher.

Learn to Row: Sweep & Scull

No experience necessary! Interested in learning to row and joining one of our programs? Rowing is an amazing sport full of health benefits and lasting friendships. Sign-up for one of our upcoming learn to row sessions today! Primary focus will be on sweep boats (one oar) but we will also teach sculling (two oars) as time and numbers permit. This package is 9 sessions over 4 weeks for $199.

Learn to Scull: Private Lessons

Three 1-on-1 sculling lessons are organized around your schedule. This program will provide you with the skills needed to become a member. After signing up for quarterly or annual membership, you’ll be able to book equipment, set your own rowing schedule or join one of our coached programs. This package includes 3 sessions over 2 weeks for $175.

Novice Sweep & Scull

This program is for rowers in their first few months of rowing who want to continue to develop their skill and eventually join one of our open, coached programs.

Prerequisite: Learn to Row, Learn to Scull or equivalent.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday evenings, 6:00 to 7:30pm

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $53/month coaching fees.

Open Sweep & Scull

This coached program is open to all rowers who have graduated from the novice program (or equivalent) and want to row recreationally as part of a team or develop skill and speed for a competitive team.

Prerequisite: Novice Sweep & Scull (or equivalent)

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday mornings, 5:30 to 7:00am OR Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00 to 7:30pm

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $53/month coaching fees.

Open Sculling

This coach-led program is open to all rowers who have completed learn to row (or equivalent) and want to develop small boat skills in sculling boats, typically in a 1, 2 or 4 person boat.

Prerequisite: Novice Sweep & Scull (or equivalent)

Schedule: Wednesday & Friday mornings, 7:00 to 8:30am

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $53/month coaching fees.

Do you have extensive rowing experience?

If you have been rowing for a few years, have past scholastic experience or are a lifelong rower, one of these programs are likely for you.

Mixed Competitive

Our mixed men’s and women’s competitive team competes at local and regional regattas and follows a fitness and technique training program tailored to each rowing season. Rowers are expected to row (and learn) both sweep and scull.

Prerequisite: Coach assessment for program

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday morning, 5:30 to 7:00am and Sundays 6:30 to 8:30am

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $75/month coaching fees.

Women’s Competitive

Our women’s competitive sweep and scull team competes nationally and internationally and includes rowers with advanced skill and speed, many of whom rowed in high school or college and/or have 10+ years experience.

Prerequisite: Coach assessment for program

Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays 5:30 to 7:00am and Sundays 6:30 to 8:30am

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $75/month coaching fees.

Advanced Sculling

This coach-led program is open to rowers with the speed and steering skill to stay with the group and participate in challenging workouts. Boats include 1x, 2x and 4x.

Prerequisite: Coach assessment for program

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday mornings, 7:00 to 8:30am and Sundays 6:30 to 8:30am

Cost: Quarterly ($170) or Annual ($550) member dues. $53/month coaching fees.

Men’s Competitive
